「 BiRd FlU.... 」
Bird flu...''Bird flu'' you can always hear it from the news , family and friends discussing this 'hot' topic....Did this bird flu affect the lives in the whole world?Did those precautions taken by the governments useful and enough.Can it be cure?What can we do to prevent bird flu etc.All these problems just came through my mind..I'm sure many people will ask all sorts of questions about these flu.
Many people may know about this flu BUT they may no nothing on what can they do when this bird flu spread to their countries..such as the people in Singapore can do what...Will it be some thing like the sars...taking away lots of lives around the world.For me all I know about bird flu is ...it is getting more serious .The source or bird flu is from a chicken farm...
Now lets me find out more about these Bird Flu...Some history of bird flu ...it started in 2003(south korea)It is spread to many different countries such as Vietnam ,Malaysia , China...The first death due to bird flu is in Thailand .So can we prevent this ...we can be affected if we inhaled the dry faeces or saliva from a infected bird..It can not be transmitted through eating the poultry...I think a lot of people have this wrong information about this ..that bird flu can transmitted through eating poultry .I did think so in the beginning.
ShOULD we panic... the answer is 'NO'...Relieved..!!I am sure that the government will do a good job ....Eg during the Sars period Singapore government done a good job ....Do you agreed...?
There are some precautions we can do...We can take Tamiflu or Relenza...even though from the research it said it may not be enough BUT wish that the reports is false.Before buying you should ask the doctor whether it is suitable for u..You can buy it for your family too..
Do not get too close to the birds ..try not to feed them ...I think the bird lovers should bare with it ...
At last I think to make sure your body function well once you fall sick see a doctor .Drinks lots of water and eat more nutritious food or fruits...
